Job Summary
Relationship Banker role located in Revere, MA focused on building trusted advisor relationships with customers. Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED - Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
- 3+ Years Experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment - Required
- 12+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales, financial services sales or consultative relationship sales role in a related industry, with proven success in establishing new customers, deepening customer relationships and delivering results - Required
- 12+ Months Demonstrated Santander experience related to essential functions and responsibilities - Required
- 12+ Months Customer service experience within a high volume, fast paced environment - Required
- Established relationship-building skills with focus on customer experience and loyalty - Required
- Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills - Required
- Proficient in using digital tools and technology to enhance customer engagement - Required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Required
- Ability to follow directions, policies, and procedures - Required
