Job Summary
Relationship Banker (SAFE) provides proactive financial guidance and relationship management for consumer and business customers. You will lead discovery conversations to tailor banking, credit, and investment strategies, open and service accounts, and collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions. The role emphasizes digital adoption, risk and regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, and delivering a seamless customer experience in a collaborative branch environment. The position is temporary until licensing and SAFE requirements are completed, with potential transition to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment and must be active or completed within a designated timeframe
