Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking) and is responsible for handling cash, building in-depth client relationships, understanding financial goals, and connecting clients to solutions across small business, lending, and investments. The role emphasizes delivering an excellent client experience, managing center traffic and outbound calls, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations while collaborating with teammates to expand client relationships and meet financial needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Ability to work at multiple financial center locations within reasonable distance
