Job Summary
Relationship Banker role engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking), while processing cash, building relationships, and guiding clients to banking solutions across lending, investments, and small-business needs. Responsibilities include driving the client experience, following processes and regulations, expanding product knowledge through collaboration with experts, managing center traffic and outbound calls, and delivering personalized service. Training occurs at one financial center with potential relocation within a reasonable commuting distance; role requires weekend/extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results orientation
- Able to engage all clients confidently and educate on self-service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with laws/regulations
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours and be scheduled at any nearby financial center
- Experience in customer-facing roles and knowledge of financial services is a plus
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
