Job Summary
Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently, and accurately while delivering and cross-selling banking products through customer interactions. Conduct outbound sales activities including prospecting and calling prospective and existing customers in persona, virtually, and via phone. Assist in attaining branch-specific goals by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and following up with customers in accordance with bank policies. Maintain customer confidentiality and operate required technology, utilizing the customer management system to document interactions and update campaigns. Partner with business lines including mortgage, wealth, cash management, commercial lending, and residential lending to recognize referral opportunities.

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Previous banking or relevant work experience
- Customer service and sales skills
- Deposit and loan product knowledge
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Balanced decision making keeping both customer and company in mind
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills
- Microsoft product proficiency and the ability to use core banking systems
- Participation in community activities as necessary
