Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch focused on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using banking knowledge and digital solutions to address financial needs. Provide concierge service, educate clients on technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), tailor product recommendations, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a trusted client experience. Must develop deep client understanding, communicate clearly, and resolve issues with attention to detail while adhering to risk and training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
