Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online/mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build deep client relationships to understand financial goals and connect clients to lending, investment, and other banking solutions; manage client flow, appointments, and outreach; drive the client experience while adhering to banking regulations and processes; collaborate with product and service experts to deliver tailored financial solutions and ensure quality service. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to educate clients on self-service technologies; weekend/extended-hours availability and cash handling experience are valued, with a focus on relationship-building and client-first service.

- Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong relationships
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs
- Excellent communication and confidence engaging all clients
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new information and technology platforms

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet client needs
- Follow established processes and guidelines to comply with laws and regulations
- Efficient time management and capacity to focus on results
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours
