Job Summary
Relationship Banker role at Chase in Orem, UT. Build and manage client relationships, proactively meet with clients in person and by phone, tailor product and service recommendations, educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team of experts to address financial needs, learn products quickly, and deliver attentive, consultative customer service in a branch environment with weekend/evening availability.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Note: Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration required
