Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby and educate/assist with transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online, mobile) while building relationships to meet financial goals. Process cash transactions accurately, follow established processes, and connect clients to solutions in small business, lending, and investments. Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience and maintain compliance with laws and regulations. Requires weekend/extended hours and willingness to work across multiple California financial centers; training at one center with potential relocation to within a reasonable commuting distance. Strong emphasis on relationship-building, problem-solving, and adapting to new technology platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- Excellent communication and client-focus skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
