Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking transactions (mobile/online/ATM). Responsibilities include processing cash transactions, building client relationships, following established processes and guidelines, partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments, and managing center flow, appointments, and outbound calls to enhance the client experience. The role requires sales-oriented mindset, ability to educate clients on self-service technologies, strong problem-solving and communication skills, adaptability to new information, and availability to work weekends or extended hours across multiple financial centers within commuting distance. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
