Job Summary
Develop and expand new and existing client relationships through consultative conversations, offering financial solutions that meet client needs. Provide industry-leading client service in person and on the phone while exercising advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance, problem resolution, and sales functions across deposit, credit, and other product lines. Contribute to meeting branch sales targets by advising on consumer lending options, taking loan applications, and referring complex financial goals to internal specialists. Perform required teller duties and transactions as needed, adhering to internal controls and risk management policies. Complete this role on the 1st shift with a high school diploma and two years of client sales experience; bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check which includes meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards
- Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
- Language Fluency: English (Required)

- Experience with discussing, recommending and selling various deposit, credit and retirement products to consumer and small business clients
- Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
