Job Summary
Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while developing and expanding client relationships. Deliver financial solutions that meet client needs through consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners for growth. Cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed; contribute to meeting sales targets by offering deposit, credit, and other product/service solutions; support team sales process by referring complex needs to internal specialists; stay informed on sales techniques, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements; advise on consumer lending options and loan applications. Maintain compliant operations and a positive client experience across branch activities, including potential travel to accommodate staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment including regulatory background checks
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
