Job Summary
Responsible for providing an industry-leading client service experience both in person and on the phone through the development and expansion of new and existing client relationships. Delivers financial solutions that meet client needs based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners for additional growth opportunities. Will be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed. Activities include handling teller transactions, greeting clients, and helping them navigate the branch; driving branch sales by offering deposit, credit, and retirement products to consumer and small business clients; supporting the team sales process with consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists; staying informed on policies, procedures and training to ensure compliance and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days including NMLS checks
- ability to multi-task under time constraints
- ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/extended hours
