Job Summary
Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker for Blount Main with Saturday requirement. Responsible for providing an industry-leading client service experience in person and on the phone through development and expansion of client relationships. Delivers financial solutions that meet client needs based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners for growth opportunities. Will be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed. Responsibilities include customer service, account maintenance, and handling teller transactions when required; contributing to meeting sales targets by offering deposit, credit, and other banking products; supporting the team sales process through consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists; participating in leadership routines and ongoing product and sales training; advising on consumer lending options and taking loan applications; ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies; delivering a consistent client experience with professional and friendly interactions. This role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of client sales/service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and travel as needed. For US-based applicants, weekend or extended hours and potential temporary assignments may be involved.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional travel/overnights
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights
