Job Summary
Provide industry-leading client service in person and over the phone while developing and expanding client relationships. Deliver financial solutions that meet client needs through consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists, with cross-training to perform teller duties as needed. Drive to meet or exceed client service and sales targets by offering deposit, credit, and retirement products, and by identifying opportunities to refer complex needs to other specialists. Participate in sales processes, maintain product knowledge, and stay informed of policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Maintain a friendly, professional client experience, greet clients, and assist them through their banking needs while supporting occasional teller responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of client sales and service experience
- Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office)
- SAFE compliant within 30 days including NMLS background check
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints
- Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs including temporary assignment or locale changes
- Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included
