Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch in Shreveport/Bossier City area focused on building and maintaining relationships with clients. Responsibilities include delivering attentive, welcoming service; meeting with clients in person and by phone to understand financial needs; tailoring product and service recommendations; educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); rapidly learning products, procedures, and regulatory requirements; collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs; and adhering to risk and compliance standards. Requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or related industries, strong client communication, problem-solving, and the ability to operate within risk parameters. Roles requires flexibility to work weekends/evenings and possession of applicable licenses or enrollment in licensing programs within 180 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
