Job Summary
Relationship Banker (SAFE) at Wells Fargo in Seminole, FL: serve as the primary contact for everyday banking needs across consumer and business segments, lead discovery-driven conversations to tailor banking, deposits, lending, and investments solutions, collaborate with Wealth/Home Lending/Business Banking teams to deliver integrated referrals, educate customers on self-service and mobile options to boost satisfaction, manage account inquiries with timely follow-up, and demonstrate risk excellence through compliant documentation and escalation. This role progresses to the Relationship Banker (SAFE) after licensing/completion of SAFE requirements; LP license-holders may participate in the Branch Network Licensed Banker program until fully licensed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
Desired Qualifications
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations (or equivalents)
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam where required
- State Insurance license(s)
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA licenses active or completed within required timeframe
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
