Job Summary
Maintain high product knowledge to efficiently serve prospective and existing members while processing new accounts, daily work, and teller transactions accurately. Actively promote financial opportunities, meet individual sales goals, and balance daily membership and loan transactions in a multitasking environment. Conduct loan closings, provide notary services, and adhere to branch compliance and security procedures. Work in any assigned area of the branch as needed, including Saturday hours, and assist co-workers with transactions. Handle large amounts of cash efficiently and use membership data to proactively offer additional products and services.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year goal driven sales experience in a financial institution
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to provide superior service to members on all products, using effective sales skills
- Willingness to work in fast paced, goal-oriented environment
- Ability to become an expert in evaluating member needs, while making our member your priority
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication
- Consistent positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude
- Ability to move up to 50 lbs
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Windows
- Ability to function as a team player in a dynamic environment
- Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to organize priorities
- Willingness and ability to work at any of our branch offices
- Saturday hours required
- Additional training and meeting times required
