Job Summary
Relationship Banker in the Northwest Ohio market (Toledo area) focusing on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships. Delivering attentive, consultative service; educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); building trust through effective communication; aligning clients with appropriate banking products and services; complying with regulatory requirements; leveraging training and licensing program to obtain necessary licenses within 180 days of hire; ability to work with branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire.
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 is required upon active employment; must register or update existing registration.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

- Criminal conviction history review under Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements may apply.
- Active NMLS registration and timely renewal required.
