Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch (Chicago, IL). Drive client relationships by delivering attentive, consultative service, understanding financial needs, and tailoring product and service recommendations. Build trust through clear communication, educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborate with a team of experts to address banking needs while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. Requires 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields, high school degree or GED, and licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 6, and state registration) with onboarding support to obtain licenses within 180 days. Availability to work weekends and some evenings. Bilingual Spanish-speaking ability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
