Job Summary
Relationship Banker (SAFE) – part of Wells Fargo's National Branch Network. Primary duties include proactively acquiring, managing, and growing a portfolio of consumer and business customer relationships; leading discovery-driven conversations to understand goals and deliver tailored banking and credit solutions across deposits, lending, and investments; coordinating with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions; promoting digital self-service and mobile banking adoption; handling account inquiries and service requests within authorized limits; and maintaining risk management through accurate documentation, escalation when needed, and adherence to policies. This role begins as a temporary LP position pending licensing and SAFE requirements, with potential transition to Relationship Banker (SAFE) upon successful licensing. Required qualifications include 2+ years of customer service and 1+ year of needs assessment/relationship-building, with FINRA licensing requirements and state insurance licenses as applicable. The role requires the ability to work most Saturdays and involves multiple specified Wells Fargo locations in Philadelphia area. Candidates will undergo FINRA review and licensing processes after offer acceptance. Offer is located at multiple Philadelphia-area branches listed in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting the needs of customers
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or equivalents)
- SIE exam when applicable
- State Insurance license(s)
- FINRA licenses active or completed within timeframe
