Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch in Port Chester, NY. Build and manage meaningful client relationships by delivering attentive, product-driven banking solutions, educating clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborating with the broader team to meet financial needs. Requires 1+ year of sales in financial services, strong communication, regulatory/compliance awareness, and availability to work weekend/evening shifts; high school degree or GED required with licensing (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses) and NMLSSAFE Act compliance. Prefer college degree or military equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, you will be required to either register on NMLS, or update existing registration to reflect employment with JPMorganChase
