Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch focused on acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships. Deliver attentive and friendly service, educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborate with a team of experts to address financial needs. Requires strong communication, ability to tailor product features to clients, adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements, and availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking/Financial Services and a high school degree or GED are required; licensing (SIE, Series 6, state licenses) must be obtained within 180 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
