Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, delivering consultative financial solutions, educating clients on technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Key duties include delivering attentive and friendly service, building trust through effective communication, tailoring product and service recommendations to client needs, and collaborating with team of experts to address specialized financial needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills (if applicable): College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- NMLS registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, required to register or update existing registration with NMLS; ongoing compliance required
