Job Summary

Relationship Banker at Normandy Center Financial Center (Bank of America) engages clients in the lobby, educates and assists with transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking), and processes cash transactions. Builds relationships to meet financial needs, connects clients to solutions across small business, lending, and investments, and manages financial-center traffic and appointments while driving the client experience. Responsibilities include following risk culture and operational guidelines, adhering to laws and regulations, and collaborating with experts to support client financial goals. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability to technology platforms, and availability for weekends/extended hours. Minimum education includes High School Diploma/GED; preferred qualifications include bachelor’s or related degree and prior financial services and sales experience (1 year in salary-plus incentive environment; 6 months cash handling).

  • Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity
  • Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
