Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Niagara Falls (New Build) Branch: build and manage client relationships, deliver attentive service, educate clients on technology-enabled banking solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) and connect them to specialists for complex financial needs; maintain regulatory compliance, learn products and procedures quickly, and communicate effectively to tailor features and benefits to clients with varying needs; role requires sales capability, ability to work in-branch hours including weekends/evenings, and licensing via Chase program within 180 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- NMLS registration or ability to obtain upon active employment
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- NMLS registration or ability to obtain
