Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online/ATM), processes cash transactions accurately, builds relationships to understand financial goals, and connects clients to solutions across small business, lending, and investments. The role involves managing client interactions and center traffic, following established processes, and supporting a compliant, risk-aware, client-focused banking experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability to technology platforms, and the ability to work weekend/extended hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Experience collaborating to deliver client-focused solutions
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
