Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships with clients to meet financial needs; educate clients on self-service technologies and help connect them to appropriate solutions in lending, investments, and small business context; manage client flow and outbound communications, drive the client experience, and follow established processes to ensure compliance and quality; collaborate with experts in lending, investments, and business banking; maintain cash handling responsibilities, schedule appointments, and contribute to achieving sales goals; weekend and extended hours availability may be required; minimum education includes a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business-relevant associate’s degree and a high school diploma/GED."
