Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service channels (ATM, online, mobile). Build relationships, identify clients' financial needs, and connect them to solutions to meet financial goals. Manage cash responsibilities, drive the client experience, and collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments while adhering to laws and internal guidelines. Demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; comfortable with weekend/extended hours; supports an in-office, in-person service model across NH locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Experience in financial services preferred
- Sales experience in salary-plus incentive environment beneficial
- Cash handling experience beneficial
