Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch focused on acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships. Responsible for delivering attentive, friendly service and using financial knowledge to tailor product and service recommendations. Communicates clearly to understand client needs, educates clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborates with specialists to address complex financial needs while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills are considered where appropriate: College degree or military equivalent
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators and related regulatory compliance may apply
- NMLS registration requirements upon employment as applicable
