Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships. Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and tailor product and service recommendations to meet financial needs. Build trust through clear, consultative communication, resolve client issues with attention to detail, and collaborate with a team of experts to address specialized needs while adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requires ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings; high school degree or GED; licenses and registrations under SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and NMLS per SAFE Act, with licensing support provided by Chase. This role emphasizes client experience, risk awareness, and rapid product knowledge to deliver thoughtful banking solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
