Relationship Banker at Chase in Durham, NC, responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships; deliver attentive service and educate clients on technology solutions (e.g., Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) to meet banking needs; consult with clients to tailor product and service recommendations while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements; collaborate with a team of experts to address specialized financial needs and ensure a compliant client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
