Job Summary
Relationship Banker responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships at a Chase branch; deliver attentive, consultative service and educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); collaborate with team of experts to address banking needs; adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services and a high school degree or equivalent; mandatory licenses and registrations (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration; Life licenses) with licensing program completion within 180 days; must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

- Criminal conviction history review with compliance considerations for licensing requirements; contingent on regulatory qualifications (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements for Loan Originators)
