Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (ATM, online banking, mobile banking) and accurately process cash transactions. Build relationships with clients to understand their financial needs, follow established processes and guidelines, and connect clients to solutions in areas such as small business, lending, and investments. Drive the client experience through effective communication, time management, and adherence to laws and regulations, while working across a network of experts to meet clients’ financial goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services or knowledge of financial services industry (desired)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
