Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM). Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; develop deep conversations to understand clients' financial goals and connect them to appropriate solutions. Build relationships to meet financial needs, follow established processes to ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with experts in small business, lending, and investments to grow the client relationship. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls; drive the client experience and deliver value through self-service technologies and informed guidance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent
- Experience in financial services or sales is a plus
