Job Summary
Relationship Banker engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (mobile/online banking, ATM). Responsibilities include processing cash transactions, building client relationships to meet financial needs, following established processes and regulations, and driving the client experience. The role collaborates with experts in small business, lending, and investments, manages financial center traffic and outbound calls, and may require weekend/extended hours. Requirements include ability to educate clients on self-service technologies and strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED, with preferred qualifications of a bachelor’s degree or business-related associate’s degree; six months cash handling experience; experience in financial services; and at least one year of sales experience in a salary-plus incentive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration or finance)
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment
