Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch who puts clients first by delivering attentive, consultative service to build lasting relationships. Responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining clients, tailoring product and service recommendations, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborating with specialists to address financial needs while adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requires 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or related industries, excellent communication skills, ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, and availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings. Minimum education: high school diploma or GED; licenses and registrations as required (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses) with JPMorganChase licensing programs to be completed within 180 days of hire; familiarity with risk and compliance obligations and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- FINRA Series 6
- state registration (including 63 if required)
- Life licenses
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
