Job Summary
Relationship Banker role in Chase Branch (Naperville, IL) representing the Chase brand with hospitality, building and managing client relationships, understanding financial needs, tailoring product and service recommendations, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include delivering attentive service, meeting with clients in person and by phone, communicating clearly to understand needs, and collaborating with specialists to address complex financial needs. Requires ability to work flexible branch hours and obtain necessary licenses within required timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008; employment contingent on compliance with SAFE Act requirements.
