Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch in Nanuet, NY focused on building and maintaining meaningful client relationships by delivering attentive service and utilizing banking solutions and technology. Responsible for meeting with clients in person and by phone, understanding financial needs, tailoring product and service recommendations, educating clients on technology tools like the Chase Mobile App, and collaborating with a team of experts to address complex financial needs while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures; ability to educate clients and connect them to specialists
- Proven communication skills for in-person and phone interactions
- Experience delivering exceptional client experiences and resolving issues with attention to detail
- Ability to operate within risk parameters and complete required training
- NMLS registration requirement and SAFE Act compliance for loan originator roles

- NMLS registration required for active employment; SAFE Act compliance; criminal conviction history review; disclosure of any felony conviction within the last seven years may affect eligibility
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; licensing and renewal obligations
