Relationship Banker at Chase Mount Holly branch: responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using financial knowledge to tailor product and service recommendations. Deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment; engage with clients in person and by phone; educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and connect them to specialists for specialized financial needs. Requires 1+ year of sales in retail banking or related industries and a high school degree or foreign equivalent. Must demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and risk/compliance awareness; comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration including 63 if required, Life licenses) are minimum requirements with JPMorganChase licensing program completion within 180 days of hire; ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings; preferred College degree or military equivalent; training on licensing and NMLS registration under SAFE Act will be required and ongoing renewal/compliance.
