Job Summary
Manage assigned clients by proactively meeting them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations. Deliver attentive, friendly service while educating clients on technology solutions like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs. Engage in consultative communication to understand financial needs, ask clarifying questions, and connect clients to specialized experts. Learn banking products and procedures quickly to offer thoughtful solutions that address client needs and contribute to branch success. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements including the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act and SAFE Act registration. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience
- Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail – providing consistent client experience
- Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
Desired Qualifications
- College degree or military equivalent
- Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
