Job Summary
Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, ATM); accurately and efficiently process cash transactions; build relationships to understand clients’ financial goals through in-depth conversations; connect clients to solutions in small business, lending, and investments; manage center traffic and outbound calls; drive the client experience by following established processes and guidelines while adhering to laws and regulations; collaborate with experts to broaden product knowledge and deliver tailored financial solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals
- Six months of cash handling experience
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products and solutions
