Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships; educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs); consult with clients on banking solutions; adhere to policies and regulatory requirements; requires completion of licensing and registrations (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses) within 180 days; must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings; high school degree or GED or foreign equivalent; preferred college degree or military equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
