Job Summary
Support clients at a Chase branch by building and managing lasting relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions, and educating clients on technology tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) to enhance their banking experience. Responsibilities include proactively meeting with clients in person and via phone, understanding financial needs, recommending products and services, communicating clearly and consultatively, collaborating with experts for specialized needs, and adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requires ability to establish new client relationships, elevate client experiences, resolve issues with attention to detail, and meet risk/compliance standards. Demonstrates strong communication and service orientation in a banking environment and readiness to obtain required licenses within the designated timeframes.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses or ability to obtain through JPMorgan Chase licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
