Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service in personal banking and teller transactions, assisting clients with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and loan inquiries. Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and services while building strong relationships through proactive communication. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all daily operations. This full-time role includes Monday through Friday hours from 9:00am to 5:15pm, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45am to 12:15pm.
