Job Summary
Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch: build and manage meaningful client relationships, deliver attentive service, educate clients on technology-enabled banking solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and tailor product recommendations. Role requires consultative communication, adherence to banking policies and regulatory requirements, and collaboration with a team of experts to address clients' financial needs. 1+ year of sales in financial services is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required, with licensing steps outlined for SIE, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses within 180 days of hire. Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided.
