Relationship Banker engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via self-service resources (ATM, online, mobile). Builds relationships to meet financial needs, handles cash, drives the client experience, and connects clients to solutions in lending, investments, and small-business knowledge. Collaborates with experts to expand business knowledge and networking, manages center traffic, appointments and outbound calls, and supports compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role emphasizes the ability to educate clients on self-service banking and to identify solutions that enhance clients’ financial lives, with a requirement to work weekends and travel to various financial centers as needed.
