Job Summary

Relationship Banker II responsible for building, expanding, and retaining client relationships while delivering expert financial solutions across traditional in-branch services and digital capabilities. Duties include opening and closing accounts, assisting with consumer loan requests, referring customers to partner teams (small business, corporate and institutional partners, mortgage and financial advisors), and achieving individual and branch goals. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through a needs-based approach, ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies, process customer requests professionally, and participate in ongoing training. Requires ability to motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group settings, coach and lead the branch team in the absence of an AFCM, and occasionally travel for meetings, training, bank conversions, and acquisition support. NMLS registration is required and/or the license must be obtained after employment. Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms for brand awareness and market knowledge are expected."

Required Qualifications

  • Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
  • HS Diploma/GED
  • Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and/or ability to obtain an NMLS license after employment
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs
  • Ability to understand and utilize social media platforms to share brand awareness and obtain market knowledge
  • Occasional travel for meetings, training, bank conversion and acquisition support
  • Ability to motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients and other employees
  • Team-centric approach and coaching/leadership ability in the absence of AFCM
