Job Summary
Relationship Banker at a Chase branch in Matteson, IL. You will build and manage meaningful client relationships, deliver attentive service, tailor product and service recommendations, and educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com. You will educate clients on banking solutions, collaborate with a team of experts, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional client experiences. Requires ability to generate new client relationships, communicate effectively, resolve client issues, and meet branch hours including weekends/evenings. Financial licenses and registrations are required within specified timelines.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or other related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, study materials and support provided
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
Additional Requirements
- Note that a felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify from consideration, contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008. Upon active employment, must register or update registration as necessary.
