Job Summary
Relationship Banker at Chase Branch in Lenexa, KS responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, delivering attentive service, educating clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), and collaborating with a team to meet regulatory and risk obligations. Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and over the phone, tailoring product and service recommendations to financial needs, communicating clearly and consultatively, and staying updated on products, procedures, and compliance requirements. Requires high school degree or equivalent, plus licensing/registration steps (SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses) and ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings. Preferred qualifications include college degree or military experience and familiarity with banking policies, Truth in Lending Act/Dodd-Frank requirements, and NMLS SAFE Act registration.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- NMLS registration under SAFE Act (mandatory upon active employment)
